Before using the unit for the first time, disassemble all parts and wash them as well as the entire unit.

Assembling the device / Working with the device
DC cable
(12V DC power supply):
1 - plug for 12 VDC power socket on the device
2 - plug into the car's cigarette lighter socket

12 VDC power supply
Ensure that the power type switch and the mode switch are set to the OFF position.
Connect the DC cable to the 12 VDC power socket on the device. Plug the plug of the DC cable into the
cigarette lighter socket in the car. Set the power type switch to the DC position.
Set the mode switch to COLD (cooling mode) or HOT (heating mode), depending on whether you want to cool
or heat the device.
3.3.2.
230 VAC power supply
Ensure that the power type switch and the mode switch are set to the OFF position.
Connect the AC cord to the 230V~ power outlet on the device. Connect the AC cable plug to the 230V~ mains
power outlet. Set the power type switch to the AC position.
Set the mode switch to COLD (cooling mode) or HOT (heating mode), depending on whether you want to cool
or heat the device.
3.4.
Cleaning and maintenance
a)
Pull the mains plug and let the unit cool down completely before cleaning, adjusting or replacing
accessories and when the unit is not in use.
b)
Use only non-corrosive cleaning agents for cleaning the surfaces.
c)
Only mild detergents designed for cleaning food contact surfaces may be used to clean the unit.
d)
After each cleaning, all parts should be thoroughly dried before the device is reused.
e)
Store the unit in a dry and cool place protected from moisture and direct sunlight.
f)
Do not spray the unit with a stream of water or immerse it in water.
g)
Make sure that no water enters through the ventilation openings in the casing.
h)
Clean the ventilation openings with a brush and compressed air.
i)
Perform regular inspections of the unit checking technical fitness and any damages.
j)
Use a soft cloth for cleaning.
k)
Do not use sharp and/or metal objects (e.g. wire brush or metal spatula) as they may damage the surface
of the material from which the appliance is made.
l)
Do not clean the unit with acidic substances, medical agents, thinners, fuel, oils, or other chemicals. It
may cause damage to the device.
DISPOSAL OF USED UNITS.
At the end of its useful life, this product should not be disposed of with normal household waste but should
be taken to a collection point for the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment. This is indicated by
the symbol on the product, operating instructions, or packaging. The materials used in this appliance are
