Performing a System Test
You can test system operation by performing the
following steps.
1) Press the dial to open the general menu at the top
of the screen, then scroll to the right and select
"settings" by pressing the dial again.
2) Scroll down and select "Installer".
3) Scroll down and select "Test Mode".
4) To test cooling, select "Run Cool Test".
To test heating, select "Run Heat Test".
5) To end testing and exit Test Mode, select "End Test".
Note: Test Mode is only available
on P-Series models, and SEZ,
SLZ, SVZ models.
Auto Dry
Auto Dry automatically switches between Cool mode
and Dry mode based on the parameters selected in
ISU 197, 198, 199, and 200. If enabled, the system will
alternate between Cool and Dry mode until it meets the
target humidity or temperature offset.
See the following descriptions for details.
ISU 197: Enable or disable Auto Dry (default disabled).
Note: If disabled in the ISU menu, it cannot be enabled
by the user in the standard Settings menu.
ISU 198: Choose the maximum RH that the user will be
comfortable with in the space. Auto Dry will be
activated whenever the RH rises above this value.
Select any RH value between 35%-75% (default 60%).

ISU 199: Choose the maximum temperature offset
above set point that the user will be comfortable with
before Auto Dry switches back to Cool mode. Auto
Dry will be deactivated whenever the temperature
rises above this value.
Select any value between 2°-10°F (default 2°F).
ISU 200: Choose the maximum temperature offset
below set point that the user will be comfortable with
before Auto Dry switches back to Cool mode. Auto
Dry will be deactivated whenever the temperature falls
below this value.
Select any value between 2°-4°F (default 2°F).
