ASSEMBLY DRAWING
MSW-RC-220
Disconnect the unit from the power supply.
Dismantle the rear casing of the unit by removing the screws holding
it.
Locate the carbon brush plugs on both sides.
Unscrew the plugs, remove the carbon brushes and check their
condition - if they are less than 6 mm high, replace them.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
Check the operation of the unit "on idle" after attaching new carbon
brushes.
Warm up the device - warmer fluid (oil) is thinner and can be drained
more easily.
Disconnect the power supply.
Unscrew the hydraulic fluid drain plug.
Place a used fluid container (oil) in the proper place.
Tilt the device upside down and pour the liquid into the container,
slightly changing the position of the device so that the remnants
accumulated in the recesses are drained off.
Fill the unit with fresh hydraulic fluid and connect it to the power
supply to perform 2-3 full cycles of piston movement.
Check the hydraulic fluid level in the machine according to the
procedure described earlier (see section 3.2)
