Folding Bench
1. Loosen the Lock Knob (#24) under Main Frame.
2. Pull the Front Post (#2) toward the rear of the bench.
3. Move Backrest Incline Support (#11) off from Incline Adjustment Base (#8). Pull down the
Backrest Board.
4. Fasten the Lock Knob (#24) so Front Post won't slide.
5. Pull down the Locking Strap (#10) toward to Main Frame.
6. Lock the Locking Strap to the peg on Main Frame.
7. To un-fold the bench. Loosen the Lock Knob. Push Front Post all the way to front. Fasten the Lock
Knob so Front Post won't slide. Loosen the Locking Strap off the peg and place Incline Support to
selected slot.
