4.1. FUNDAMENTAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
4.1.1. Batteries

4.2. INTENDED USE
Battery-powered LED pen torch with pocket clip and continuously focusable spotlight.
CRI value 95 creates a natural colour rendition. Suitable for use when doing varnishing, polishing,
cleaning and preparatory work.
 Suitable for industrial and private use.
 Dust-proof and splash-proof to IP 54.
4.3. IMPROPER USE
 Not suitable for use by children.
 Do not use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
 When replacing the batteries, only open the casing at the point intended for this purpose. Do
not open the casing otherwise.
 Do not expose the torch to intense heat, direct sunlight, open fires or direct contact with water.
 Do not use after a severe impact or fall.
 Do not recharge the supplied batteries.
5. Commissioning
5.1. INSERTING OR REPLACING BATTERIES
ü Never shine the torch directly in someone's eyes.
1. Twist the battery cover anti-clockwise to unscrew it.
2. Remove the used batteries.
▶ Always remove and replace all of the batteries.
3. Insert two AAA/LR03 batteries.
▶ Insert the batteries into the torch so that the plus poles point in the direction of the spot-
light.
4. Replace the battery cover and screw it clockwise to close it.
▶ The torch is now ready to use.

▶ Avoid contact with eyes and body.
▶ In the event of contact, wash the area affected with plenty of wa-
ter and seek medical assistance.
