Caution! The electrical system to which the unit is connected should be equipped with a 10 A fuse or a 10 A
overcurrent circuit breaker.
3.3. Installation of the unit
ATTENTION: Before assembling the device, make sure that all elements are complete and undamaged! In
case of discrepancies, contact the supplier immediately! Place the unit in such a way that the main plug can
be reached at any time. Ensure that the power supply to the unit corresponds to that specified on the
identification plate!
The load-bearing capacity of the structure (base and supporting profile) used for the installation of the device
must withstand a load several times greater than the maximum allowable working load. Responsibility for
following the strength parameters, quality of the supporting structure and the installation of the device on
the supporting structure lies with the user.
3.3.1. MSW-ET-250
a) The device should be installed by a qualified person.
b) The design of the device is adapted to installation on a solid beam with a round cross-section.
c) The dimensions of the beam must correspond to the dimensions of the mounting elements of the
device.
d) After mounting the device onto the carrying structure, check the correctness of mounting the
assembly screws. Tighten is loose.
3.3.2. MSW-PROLIFTOR-800NW
a) The device should be installed by a qualified person.
b) The design of the device is adapted to installation on a beam with a rectangular cross-section (A).
c) The dimensions of the beam must correspond to the dimensions of the mounting elements of the
device.
d) After mounting the device onto the carrying structure, check the correctness of mounting the
assembly screws. Tighten is loose.
BLOCK ASSEMBLY
The use of the block allows you to lift load twice as big. In order to assemble the block to the cable:
a) Unscrew and remove the block fasteners (B).
b) Guide the carrying cable with the hook (B) through the belt pulley.
c) Attach all block parts (B).
d) Check the correctness of assembly, tighten any loose parts.
e) Attach the hook (4) of the carrying cable to the dedicated holder located at the bottom of the winch
(C).
