EN Operation
Please follow the steps below before first usage of your pizza oven:
Connect the equipment into a grounded single outlet. The unit must be grounded in a sufficient manner.
Turn on the unit with the POWER switch (on units with a thermometer)
Turn on the unit with the thermostat control (on units without a thermometer).
Pre-heat the device at 200°C and leave it on for about 1 hour. Then cool down the unit. Then heat up the device at 400°C and leave
it on for about 1 hour to eliminate the production residues. Then cool down the unit.
The temperature is calculated separately for each baking chamber with thermostatic controls set (not model PF4040/5050DE3)
Take the unit into operation.
WARNING! Risk of burns!
The unit will become very hot during operation! Do not touch the hot surfaces of the device. Use the handle of the device.
Operation after pre-heating:
Set the desired temperature. The temperature range of the pizza oven is at 85-455°C.
The temperature indicator lights for upper- or lower heat goes on.
When the set temperature is reached, the temperature indicator light goes off. If the temperature in the baking chamber is lit, the
temperature indicator light goes on and the heating element heats up on the set temperature.
Open the door of the pizza oven at the end of preheating.
Place the pizza into the baking chamber and close the door.
Do not leave the pizza oven unattended during operation.
Monitor the baking process through the sight glass in the door.
Remove the finished pizza from the oven.
If you no longer use the device, disconnect the unit from the wall outlet.
For a new usage, please follow all the steps that are described under "operation after pre-heating".
WARNING!
Do not clean the device directly with a water jet! So not use a pressure water jet. Allow to cool, before cleaning the device!
