8. TROUBLESHOOTING
In this section you can find the answer to doubts or incidents that may occur while using the
charger and/or the VELTIUM App.
8.1 CHARGER STATUS
If the indicator light on the charger comes on in a colour other than those identified in section
3. CHARGER STATUS AND COLOUR CODE, there may be a problem that can be identified by
means of their ERROR STATUS:
LOST CONNECTION WITH THE METER SET (Flashing yellow):

Only in LITE Uno and
LITE Kubo chargers
The charger has lost its connection with the Meter Set and is trying to recover it.
WHAT TO DO:
•
Check that the Meter Set elements (Meter and Gateway) are connected to a power
supply.
•
Check that there is no damage to the cable connecting the Meter Set and the charger
and that it is correctly connected at both ends.
•
If the charger is connected to the Internet by means of a Local Network, check that the
router and the other elements (switch, etc.) of said network have a power supply and
are working correctly.
•
If the charger maintains its status following these checks, select the
charger SETTINGS screen in the
Support service for specific help with this problem, using the
TEMPORARY ERROR (Flashing red):
The charger has detected an anomalous situation during the vehicle charging process and
has stopped the charge for safety reasons.
WHAT TO DO:
•
Disconnect the vehicle from the charger. This will make the error message disappear
and return the charger to its AVAILABLE status.
PERMANENT ERROR (Red):
The charger has detected an internal fault and has stopped the charge for safety reasons.
WHAT TO DO:
•
Disconnect the vehicle from the charger and restart it.
•
If this status continues after restarting the charger, contact the User Support service for
specific help with this problem, using the
Dynamic power control
