Remember to restore and put back the seals, sealants and sheathing inserted, before finishing
the work.
2.9.1 - Thermostats replacement
• The thermostat bulbs are located to the right of the cooking chamber,
behind the baking-pan support:
1) Open the right-hand side of the oven;
2) Unscrew the bulbs inside the oven chamber;
3) Remove the thermostat wires and unscrew the safety thermostat
fastener (B - pict. 7) or the cooking thermostat screws on the back
of the control panel;
4) Put everything back in position. Secure the probes and the electrical
connections.
2.9.2 - Oven lamp
• Unscrew the protective cap "A" (pict. 8) which sticks out of the inside
of the oven to provide access to the lamp. Immediately after the
bulb has been changed, remount the protection cover "A".
2.9.3 - Door seal
• The seal is pressed into place, therefore it must be pulled out and
pressed back into place. This operation must be done by hand so
as not to damage the seal.
2.9.4 - Fan and motor
• From inside the oven, remove the motor protection, unscrew the
unit that releases the fan, remove the fan after taking off the panel
on the left-hand side of the oven.
2.9.5 - Cooking chamber resistors
1) Work from the right-hand side of the oven to disconnect the electrical connections from the resistors.
2) Remove the grill supports and the conveyor in order to access the chamber resistors.
3) Unscrew the screws that secure the resistor flange to the chamber.
4) Replace the resistors and put everything back in position in reverse order, remembering to replace the
silicone where present (use silicone which can resist temperatures of 300 °C).
Do not damage the fan while removing or assembling it.
