In case of questions, find an authorized technical support
and request maintenance for the appliance. Always use
original parts. This ensures that the safety of your equipment is
maintained.
a) The vacuum cleaner won't turn on
- Make sure the plug and socket are connected properly to the
main.
- Check whether the voltage supplied by the mains is sufficient to
power the vacuum cleaner.
- Check whether the on/off button is in the right position.
b) The vacuum cleaner has no suction force
- Check the filter for dirt and clean it if necessary.
- Make sure the hose is not punctured or obstructed, and clean
or replace it if necessary.

c) The force diminished abruptly
- Check to see if the tank is full, and clean it if necessary.

the button and pull the hose out.
