5.5.3. ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
Make sure the electrical system is compliant, and provided with grounding and
differential switch in accordance with the applicable Standards. Unsuitable
grounding of the system can cause a malfunction for which the Manufacturer is not
liable.
The unit is equipped with a power supply cable fitted with a Shouko plug. Connect the unit to an approved 230V - 50
Hz electrical outlet. The power outlet must be easily accessible even after installing the unit.
When the unit is not being used, it is advisable to unplug the power cable.
If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced immediately by the after-sales service or by a
qualified technician in order to prevent any risk.
The power cable must never touch the unit's exhaust pipe. The fume exhaust duct
must have its own ground connection.

The supply voltage must match that given on the unit's dataplate and in the
technical data section of this manual. Power supply variations greater than 10%
can cause unit malfunctions.
