Troubleshooting
• Red lights do not flash when power is applied.
1. Check wiring polarity.
2. Check power supply connection.
3. Check voltage (24VDC) at the terminals.
4. Check proper insertion into terminals.
5. Contact distributor.
• White lights do not flash or flash weakly in low ambient light.
1. Check the AIVIA power supply.
2. Contact distributor.
• Red lights do not flash when the cable is taken off.
1. Check the AIVIA power supply.
2. Contact distributor.
• Siren does not sound when the cable is taken off.
1. Verify that the 1st box
identification (see example page 4).
2. Check the AIVIA power supply.
3. Contact distributor.
for "Sirène/Alarm" is checked on the AIVIA label
