9. Important information about the
battery
The Nosiboo Go devices work with Lithium-Polymer
(7.4 V, 1500 mA) batteries.
The battery can be replaced exclusively by a specialist service.
It is recommended to turn on and charge the device at least
every 3 months to preserve battery performance.
After use, or if the device's battery just ran low, wait a few
minutes until the device cools down and then start charging
it. The battery's 12-month warranty applies only to manufac-
turing defects, it does not apply to capacity loss.
10. Environmental protection remarks
When disposal of the device is necessary, do not
throw it in the normal household waste, as electronic
products qualify as hazardous waste. This is indicated
on the packaging by the following symbol:
The Penguin head does not present a serious risk to the
environment and can be disposed of as household waste.
The device cannot be switched on.
The device is not charged.
Connect the charger to the device, then
to a 100–240 V wall socket.
The suction intensity is decreased.
The Penguin head is blocked or was
incorrectly assembled.
Take the Penguin head apart and clean
it. After drying the parts of the Penguin
head, assemble them according to the
user manual.

Liquid or mucus got into the device.
Improper holding of the device or
excessive use of saline solution
If you experience that mucus or liquid has
entered the device then stop using the
Nosiboo Go, turn it off and contact the
Nosiboo customer service team right away.
