Instructions for use and safety
1
General view:
2
Normative: -Complies with the UNE EN 61008-1 standard. -Follow these instructions to comply with the
electrotechnical regulation for low voltage R.D. 842/2002. -The installation, service and maintenance of
electronic equipment can only be carried out by an authorized person.
3
Technical information and general characteristics: Residual circuit breaker (RCB) protects people against
electrical shocks in the event of a bypass. The characteristics that define a RCB are: -Number of poles: 1P+N,
3P+N. -Rated current: 25, 40, 63 A, etc. -Rated voltage: 220, 400 V. -Differential current: 10, 30, 100, 300 mA,
etc. -Type according to differential current: Type AC. Type A. -According to the trigger delay: Conventional (not
delayed). Type S (delayed). -Cutting power: 3.000, 4.500, 6.000, 10.000 A.
4
Safety and usage tips:
5
Basic installation rules: -For the safe installation of the residual current circuit-breaker, it is essential that the
people who handle it follow the safety measures of the low voltage regulations and the standards of the country
of installation. -Electrical installations will be provided with grounding and differential switches. -Properly
identify the phase cable and the neutral (blue). -Disconnect the power supply before starting to work on the
panel. -The RCB must be correctly dimensioned in nominal current, poles, and other characteristics. -Tighten
the terminal screws with the appropriate tightening torque. -It is recommended to carry out a monthly
verification of the correct functioning of the RCB. To do this, disconnect all especially sensitive devices from
the electrical grid (laptops, computers, routers, etc.). Press the "TEST" button that the RCB leads to this target.
If the activation key automatically lowers and the RCB cuts the current, the operation will be correct.

Vue générale:
2

-Courant nominal: 25, 40, 63 A, etc. -Tension nominale: 220, 400 V. -Courant différentiel: 10,
30, 100, 300 mA, etc. -Type selon composante de courant différentiel: Type de alternatif. Type A. -Selon le délai de
déclenchement: Conventionnel (non retardé). Type S (retardé). -Puissance de coupure : 3000, 4500, 6000, 10000 A.
