IMPORTANT:
Apply finish to this dresser prior to assembly. Before doing so, read the enclosed finishing hints.
NOTE: More than one type of hardwood is used, so test for the color you desire.
Test for desired color on:
a. Veneer parts—apply stain to the unexposed portion of a side panel. See Figure 1a.
b. Alder pieces—apply stain to the back of the base. See Figure 6.
Tools Required: Phillips Screwdriver, Tape Measure, Mallet or Rubber Hammer, Wood Glue

STAIN TEST AREA
READ THE ENCLOSED INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO OPERATE THE CAM LOCK SYSTEM.
1. Using #6 x 5/8" Undercut (type 17) Screws (R), install three Drawer Slides (Cabinet Side Left) (V2)
in the three sets of pre-punched holes in the Left Side (Gb). The slides should be flush with the front
edges of the sides. Insert a third screw in one of the center holes in each of the slides. See Figure 1a.
Repeat for the Right Side (Hb) with Drawer Slides (Cabinet Side Right) (V1).
Hammer Tack Glides (Q) into the bottom edges of both sides about one inch from the back edge.

Insert a Cam Connector (M) into each of the four holes in the underside of the Top (J). See Figure 1b.
