8. Execute the key sequence [MENU] [2][8] [MENU] [0] [1][0] [MENU] to select the same
channel (for example: 10)
9. The TX frequency has been added.
10. Stop and restart the transceiver. Press and hold the MENU key to switch to MR channel
mode. The channel number will reappear on the screen.

Programming a Simplex Channel with CTCSS tone
New memory in Channel 10:
RX = 436,000 MHz
CTCSS TX tone 123.0
1. Long press MENU key to switch to VFO frequency mode. The VFO icon appears on the
right side of the screen.
2. Execute the key sequence [MENU] [2][9] [MENU] [0] [1] [0] [MENU] to delete all data
previously stored on channel 10 (for example).
3. Execute the key sequence [MENU] [1][3] [MENU] 123.0 [MENU] [EXIT] to enter the TX
code tone (eg 123 CTCSS).
4. Press the [EXIT] key to move the cursor to the frequency.
5. Enter the RX frequency (Ex. 436000)
