Before the first use, wash all parts in direct contact with the food product, i.e. the
inner compartment and ice cream molds.
ASSEMBLY OF THE UNIT
The device is delivered almost ready for operation - in addition to the current
connection, the connection still requires a valve for draining the cooling solution on
the back of the device.
3.3.
Working with the device
3.3.1
Preparation of the cooling solution
To prepare the cooling solution, use dissolved brine or glycol in the
following proportions:
- brine: 1kg of salt per 3 kg of water (~3 liters). Salt must be very well
dissolved in water before use. The maximum temperature for such a
cooling solution is -16
- Propylene glycol: when using pure glycol (99.9%), mix it with 1 kg of
salt one time with 0.3 kg of water (~300 ml). Such a solution can reach
a maximum cooling temperature of -30
Pour the prepared cooling solution into the device, paying close
attention that its level does not exceed the maximum level (" MAX ")
marked by a line on the wall of the device tank.
ATTENTION: do not pour water alone into the device and then add
salt - you risk damaging the device!
3.3.2
Tips for preparing ice cream mass or ice solution
To prepare the ice cream mass, use potable water and granulated
sugar (suitable for ice cream production) in a ratio of 1:8. For flavor,
add a little milk, cream, juice, fruit, etc. ice cream ingredients. As a
base for the ice cream mass, you can also use non-alcoholic drinks
such as cola, orange juice, or coke milk.
3.3.3
Preparation of ice molds
• Turn on the device by pressing the green "ON" button on the panel
• Program the temperatures and the type of operation of the unit
• Prepare the ice cream mass and pour it into ice molds according
- the orange indicator light between the buttons should illuminate.

NOTE: the first time the device starts up, it will take approx. 2
hours to lower the temperature of the cooling solution to approx.
-15
