Opening the TV set
Pull out the mains plug!
Remove the connecting cables from the TV set.
Loosen and remove the screws marked with arrows in the corresponding illustration according to the TV model.
Screws for be loosened in the following TV sets:
Spheros R 26 8 screws of size T20 on the rear panel of the TV set fig. 1
Spheros R 32 8 screws of size T20, fig. 2
Spheros R 37
The rear panel can be moved carefully rearwards once the screws have been removed.
(Proceed in reverse order to insert the rear panel.)
Attention: the removal of th frontglass can be done only by dealer or tecnicians.

4 screws of size T20, concealed by the front panel (fig. 8,
arrow 1 to 4)
The front panel must have been removed first.
Proceed as follows.
Pull the bottom of the front panel about 20 mm away from the TV set as
shown on fig. 4.
Push the front panel up and pull it back simultaneously.
The eyes (fig. 6, arrow), top right and left on the front panel are
released from the respective hook by this movement of the front panel
(fig. 7, arrow).

A cable feeds into the TV set from the operating eye on the front panel.
Observe the rules for handling MOS components.
Pull the plug of this cable from the pcb operating eye on the front panel as
shown on fig. 5, arrow.
Put the front panel (glass panel) to one side.
The upper screws of the rear panel (arrow A) are located under a small cover.
The small cover is opened by lifting upwards.

21 screws must be removed to take off the rear panel.

The three screws marked there by an arrow A should be the last of the 21
screws to be removed. The rear panel could otherwise fall backwards
uncontrollably. There are another 10 screws behind the front screen.

Procedure:
- Press the front screen forward about 20 mm at the bottom, fig. 11;
- Unhooking the front screen, fig. 12 and 13.
- Observe the rules for handling MOS components, remove plug
(operating eye on the front screen, fig. 14, arrow).
- Put down the screen in a safe place, pull out the baffle in the direction of
the arrow (fig. 15, arrows), remove screws (fig. 16, arrows).
