To install the blade
1. Remove the battery pack.
2. Put the inner flange onto the motor
shaft with the bulge of the inner
flange facing outwards (Fig. 15).
3. Install the new blade onto the bulge
of the inner flange, ensuring that
the blade is mounted into its place
securely.
4. Mount the outer flange and the nut
onto the shaft, and finger-tighten
the nut COUNTERCLOCKWISE.
5. Follow the above step 4 & 5
in the section "To remove the
blade" to block the rotation of the
blade to securely tighten the nut
COUNTERCLOCKWISE.
6. Insert a new cotter pin (Ø2x16 mm,
not included) into the hole in the
motor shaft. Bend the two ends of
the pin in opposite directions with
needle nose pliers (not included)
(see Fig. 12).
