4. Press channel selector knob or the [FUNC] key to store setting and exit.
5.9.- SQUELCH (SQ) & AUTOMATIC SQUELCH (ASQ):
Short press: Squelch level control (SQL).
1. Press [FUNC] key to choose programmed function group.
2. Press the programmable key witch allocated as SQL function, LCD displays SQ:
XX.
3. Turn channel selector knob to adjust squelch (SQL) level.
4. Press channel selector knob or [FUNC] key to store and exit.
Long press: ASQ level control.
1. Press [FUNC] key to choose programmed function group.
2. Press and hold the programmable key witch allocated as ASQ function, LCD
displays ASQ: XX.
3. Turn the channel selector knob to adjust automatic squelch (ASQ) level.
4. Press channel selector knob or [FUNC] key to store setting and exit.
5. Press and hold the programmable key again to return SQL function.
5.10.- DISPLAY MODE (DSP):
1. Press the [FUNC] key to choose programmed function group.
2. Press the programmable key witch allocated as DSP function, LCD displays DSP:
XX.
3. Press it again or turn the channel selector knob to switch between CH
4. Press channel selector knob or the [FUNC] key to store setting and exit.
5.11.- SCAN MODE (SCA):
Short press: Turn on scan function.
1. Press [FUNC] key to choose programmed function group.
2. Press the programmable key which allocated as SCA function, LCD displays "S".
3. During scanning, turn channel selector knob to change scan direction.
4. Press channel selector knob or [FUNC] key to exit scan.
Long press: Add/delete scan list.
In channel mode, press and hold the programmable key which allocated as SCA function
to add or delete a channel from scan list.
1. When the LCD displays "S" means current channel is in scan list.
2. When the "S" disappears, means current channel is deleted from scan list.
Note:
- This function is set with the channel selector knob.
