2. LED indicator
When the radio is transmitting, the LED lights up red. When

the radio receives signals, the LED lights up green.
When the battery is charging, the LED lights up red. When the

battery is fully charged, the LED lights up green.
3. On/Off and Volume button
4. PTT button. Press to transmit, release to receive.
5. Monitor / Scan key
Long press the key to activate the Monitor function. Long

press the key again to deactivate the Monitor function.
Briefly press the key to activate the Scan function. Briefly

press the key again to exit the Scan function.
6. Multifunctional key
Long press to switch between PRI and CALL.
PRI (priority channel):
•
Long press the multifunction key. For a short time, the PRI

icon appears on the screen in the lower right corner.
Briefly press the multifunction key to activate the PRI (priority
»
channel) function. The PRI icon and the priority channel
number set in the menu appear on the screen. Briefly press
the multifunction key again to deactivate the priority channel
function. The radio returns to the previously used channel.
• CALL:
Long press the multifunction key. For a short time, the CAL

icon appears on the screen in the lower right corner.
Briefly press the multifunction key to make a call. The ringtone
»
can be set in the menu.
Note: You must wait for about 30 seconds before making a
»
new call. If you try to make a call earlier than 30 seconds, the
