The exterior of the appliance and the accessories can be cleaned using a damp cloth. Afterwards, wipe the
appliance with a dry cloth. Never immerse the appliance in water! Leave all filters to dry for a minimum of
12 hours before reuse!
PROBLEM AND SOLUTION
The machine does not start up.

SOLUTION
The battery is empty. Charge the machine.
The appliance has overheated. Allow the
appliance to cool down and clean the appliance.
If the wand or filters are blocked, the appliance
switches to safety mode and the lights of the
appliance will flash. Check and clean the wand and
filters.

The filters are dirty.
·
The dust container is full.
·
The floor brush is blocked.
·
The suction opening is blocked.
·
Clean the appliance as described in this
manual.
We recommend that you thoroughly clean
the filter as well as the dust container and the
accessories as described in this manual. If the
filters are saturated, they can be reordered.
·
There is no proper contact.
·
Make sure the adapter is connected properly.
·
Remove the dust on the stick vacuum
connector.
