Belt Tensioner Start
Position 1
The motor shall be operated only if the lever belt tensioner is in relief position 1, without stressing the
belt as pictured above, then in this position the motor is operated after reaching its maximum speed
push the lever of the belt tensioner in the position 2 according to the picture below by checking if the
belts will remain tensioned according with the operation of the crusher, it is worth to remember that
the belt tensioner lever can only tighten when the motor is under operation, if the motor is switched off
damages may occur to the motor.
