You can eliminate minor issues on your appliance

yourself. Please read the information on eliminating issues
before contacting Customer Service. This may avoid
unnecessary repair costs.
WARNING
Improper repairs are dangerous.
Repairs to the appliance should only be performed by

authorized service providers.
Issue
The appliance is not cooling, the
displays and lighting are lit.
The LED lighting does not work.
Home Connect® is not working
properly.
The cameras do not take any
photos.
The cameras take blurred photos.
A message with "D" or "E" appears
on the display.
The temperature differs greatly
from the setting.
Water is leaking out of the
appliance.
Cause and troubleshooting
Showroom mode is switched on.
Swipe to "Service".

Touch "Advanced Service".

Touch "Demo Mode"

Various causes are possible.
Call customer service.

Go to www.home-connect.com.
▶
The cameras are not activated in Home Connect.
Activate the cameras.
▶
The appliance door was closed too quickly.
Close the appliance door slowly.
▶
The camera lenses are misted up. The appliance door was left open for too long.

Do not leave the appliance door open for too long.

The anti-mist film is damaged.
Call customer service.

The electronics have detected a fault.
Switch off the appliance.
1.
Disconnect the appliance from the power supply.
2.
Unplug the power plug or switch off the circuit breaker in the fuse box.
Reconnect the appliance after 5 minutes.
3.
If the message still appears on the display, call customer service.

Various causes are possible.
Switch off the appliance.

Switch the appliance back on after approximately 5 minutes.
2.
If the temperature is too warm, check the temperature again after a couple of

hours.
If the temperature is too cold, check the temperature again on the following
‒
day.
The water connection or water hose is not leak-tight.
Check if the water connections are fastened firmly and the water hose is

undamaged.
If necessary, replace the water hose.
Only original spare parts may be used to repair the
▶
appliance.
If the power cord of this appliance becomes damaged, it
▶
must be replaced by the manufacturer, the
manufacturer's Customer Service, or an authorized
service provider in order to prevent injury.
