Arm Blood Pressure Monitor Use Instructions
Note: make sure to select the appropriate memory group before testing.
If the number of tests surpasses the allotted 60 memories per group, the most recent tests will appear
first, thus eliminating the oldest readings.
Note: Do not be alarmed if an abnormal reading occurs. A better indication of an individual's
blood pressure occurs after 2-3 readings are taken at the same time each day over an extended
period of time. Consult your doctor if test results remain abnormal.
If the symbol
should appears on the display and four beeps are heard it means that the batteries
life is depleting and need to be replaced.
Should the word "Err" appear on the display, it could be that the cuff has not been positioned correctly
or that the blood pressurization is above 300mmHg. Try to adjust the cuff and/or relax then try again.
Irregular heartbeat indicator
If the monitor detects an irregular heart rhythm two or more times during the measurement process, a
heart symbol appears, representing the irregular heartbeat, along with measurement results. Irregular
heart rhythm is defined as the rhythm that is 25% slower or faster than the average rhythm detected
during the measurement of systolic and diastolic blood pressure.
Consult your doctor if the irregular heartbeat symbol appears often during test results.
Note: Make sure you have selected the appropriate memory group before the test.

button. While reading the test results, you can press the "MODE" button to scroll through all the stored
test results.
Note: The results of previous tests will be displayed only by the most recently used memory
group. To check the results of previous tests of other memory groups, you must first select the
desired group and then turn off the monitor.
The memory of the selected group can be cancelled in memory check mode. Press and hold the
