m) Do not block the ventilation openings of the unit!

Do not exceed the maximum rotor speed.

Frequently check rotor condition (for cracks, corrosion, gasket damage, scratches etc.). Do not use the
machine if rotor is not in good condition.

Do not open the cover while the machine is in operation! The cover can only be opened when the
machine is switched off and the rotor has come to a complete standstill.

Uneven placement or use of damaged tubes can cause strong vibrations and damage the unit.
r)
Comply with biosafety regulations and check the resistance of materials to the substances in question
when working with chemical, corrosive, infectious, pathogenic, and biological substances.
CAUTION! Although the product has been designed to be safe, with adequate safeguards, and despite
the additional safety features provided to the user, there is still a slight risk of accident or injury when
handling the unit. Caution and common sense are advised when using the product.
3. Instructions for use
The laboratory centrifuge is intended for general use in industrial and other laboratories, e.g. in schools and other
educational establishments as a research aid.
CAUTION! It is not a medical unit and may not be used for examinations and tests in hospitals and medical
centers. The product is outside the scope of MDD 93/42/EEC for medical devices.
The user is responsible for any damage resulting from misuse.
