Problem
Homemade chips are fried
unevenly.
Batter/breading peels off
during air frying.
The removable tray warps
during baking.
A strange noise occurs during
use.
The circuit breaker or safety
cut-out has activated.
Condensation/water/
moisture collects inside the
oven door.
Solution
You may not have used the correct type of potato. Use fresh potatoes
that stay firm when fried.
Also, be sure to rinse and dry the sliced potato sticks well before
cooking.
Make sure the dough is not too wet.
Add a dry layer and pat it firmly onto the (breaded) food pieces to
help the breading stick to the food during frying.
Sheet warping is most common during baking, when the sheet is
exposed to rapid temperature changes.
The sheet will return to its original shape as it cools.
The interior of the oven is made entirely of metal. The parts are
attached to each other. When the temperature inside the oven
changes rapidly, noise occurs. This is usually a normal process that
does not affect use.
If the noise is continuous, stop the device and wait for the oven to
cool down. Then put it back into operation.

This device consumes a lot of electricity during operation. If it is used
with other kitchen appliances on the same circuit, it may activate
the circuit breaker or safety cut-out. Check if other appliances are
running at the same time (e.g. kettle, toaster, microwave). If so,
disconnect the devices from the same circuit. Then operate the device
separately to ensure that the power is no longer interrupted.
This is a natural process, especially when the room temperature
is very low. This case will not affect the product functions, and the
condensation will disappear after the oven cools down.
Preheat your oven for 15 minutes before cooking to reduce
condensation.
If the food is placed in a cold oven, there is a greater chance of
condensation forming. Preheat the oven.
