2. BEFORE USE
-
This appliance is packaged in a way as to protect it during transport. Take the device out
of its box and remove all packaging materials. You can keep the original box and other
packaging elements in a safe place. This will help you prevent damage to the device when
transporting it in the future. In case the original packaging is disposed of, make sure all
packaging materials are recycled accordingly.

Make sure all parts and components are included and in good conditions. If there is any
piece missing or in bad conditions, contact the official Cecotec Technical Support Service
immediately.
3. OPERATION
-
Remove the popcorn maker from the box and remove all packaging material before using
it for the first time.
-
Clean and dry the top cover thoroughly.
-
Fill the measuring cup with corn, 80 g to the MAX mark.
-
Pour the corn into the popcorn bowl.
-
Replace the lid and place a heat-resistant container under the duct.
-
Plug it into the power supply.
-
Place the on/off switch in the "I" position. The device shall start operating.
-
Never remove the container while the popcorn is being made.

When the corn has stopped bursting, return the switch to the "O" position (if there is
unburst corn left, it is mainly due to the variety itself).

Note: before making another serving of popcorn, remove any unpopped corn from the
popcorn bowl.

For best results, use shelled, natural corn kernels. Once the package of corn kernels has

been opened it should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Warning: allow the popcorn maker to cool down for at least 10 minutes before using it again.
Turn off the switch immediately when the popcorn is finished.
Tips
-
If smoke starts coming out during the cooking process, it may be due to a fat build-up.

To avoid smoke as much as possible, clean the inside of the corn bowl between each use.

For best results, use shelled, natural corn kernels.

Some corn brands tend to make kernels with harder husks, which makes it harder for some
to pop.

Use vegetable oil for best results.
4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Turn off, unplug the appliance, and let it cool down before cleaning it.

To clean the outside of the popcorn maker, use a soft, damp cloth and then dry it with a dry
towel. Do not use abrasive detergents, steel wool or scouring pads with fibres. Clean it only
after unplugging the popcorn machine from the mains.

Wipe the interior of the appliance with a dry cloth. Make sure no liquid enters the cavity of
the appliance to prevent damaging it.

It is advisable to disassemble all removable parts of the machine and clean them
thoroughly with soap and warm water on a regular basis.

sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible
for their safety. Supervise children to prevent them from playing with the appliance.
