Trouble shooting
Problem
Milk is not frothing, the appliance
beeps 3 times and then the light ring
flashes slowly.
The appliance will not start, the light
ring flashes quickly and the appliance
beeps.
Once plugged in, the light ring flashes
quickly, and the appliance will not
start.

Cause
Missing stirring tool.
Milk container is missing.
The appliance has been used five
times in a row without a break.
The device is defective.
Remedy
Insert the stirring tool and restart the
appliance.
Fit the milk container and restart the
appliance.
Unplug the power cord and let the
appliance cool down for about 20
minutes.
Contact customer service.
