ASSEMBLY
STEP 1
Raise the front ram support structure (15), with the
foot pedal assembly oriented facing to the back of
the jack,insert the power unit assembly (18) into the
frame. Slide the ram cap inside the bracket on the
ram support structure and align the ram base with
the guides on the main frame assembly.

STEP 2
Notice that the front of the power unit base has an
indented position, which allows the front of the jack
to be securely connected to the frame. Connect the
power unit with the included hardware.
Use Allen wrench to tighten the power unit bolts
M8x30 (21).

STEP 3
Remove two rear bolts on the rear lifting arm
assembly, assembly with the safety arm (22), then
tighten the clips.
