RESET DISPLAY
The display is only set to zero before your rst workout session. For all subsequent workouts,
the computer resets the counter to the place where the last workout ended.
To reset the counter to zero. Hold down the button until the display shows all symbols
simultaneously. (approx. 3 seconds)
STRECHING EXERCISES
DANGER!
Overstretching muscles and tendons can lead to several injuries.
Before stretching, you should perform a 5 to 10 minutes warm up, e.g. running on the spot,
jumping rope. When performing the stretching exercises, please note the following:
• Perform every exercise slowly.
• Only stretch until you feel a slight pull. Hold this position for 20 seconds.
