5. FOR THE ENGINE
1. Move the throttle valve to the right position.
2. Turn the engine interrupter to the OFF position.
3. Turn the fuel valve to the OFF position.
Attention:
•
To stop the engine in an emergency situation, directly turn the switch to the
OFF position.
6. MAINTENANCE
•
To keep this pump in good health, it is necessary to check and adjust it
periodically, in order to extend the life of the pump .
Attention:
• Before doing any maintenance, make sure to turn off the engine. If maintenance
must be done with the engine running, make sure you are in a well-ventilated
place. Carbon monoxide is very harmful to health.
• If used to pump salt water, please insert fresh water immediately afterwards, to prevent
oxidation, and remove any remaining salt water.
6.1. Change the engine oil (Lub. oil)
Change the oil after a month or 20 hours the first time. Then change it
every 6 months or 300 hours.
Change the oil when the engine is still hot, so you can drain it completely.
1. Remove the oil spark and cap, then drain the used oil.
