When placing your pizza in your pizza oven for barbecue, wear protective gloves.

Never cover the appliance during operation.

Never leave the appliance unattended and never move it while it is in operation

Place the pizza oven for barbecue on your barbecue grill before lighting it, leave a gap of at least
12.7mm between the front edge of the pizza oven for barbecue and the front edge of the grill and a
gap of 25.4mm between the two edges of the sides of the pizza oven for barbecue and the grill.

Only use your pizza oven for barbecue with a well-maintained outdoor grill.

Place the pizza oven for barbecue on your barbecue when it is not yet lit.
2.
Light up the barbecue and let the pizza oven for barbecue warm up for 15 minutes before use.
3.
Place the pizza on the stone plate using the metal spatula provided.
Note: Food containing fat or oil should not come into contact with the stone.
Discoloration of the stone due to baking residue or flour will occur over time but does not affect
the baking performance of the stone.
Clean the surface with soap and water, do not use abrasive products
Let the stone cool down slowly. Do not accelerate the cooling process with water for example
Residues on the plate can be wiped off with a damp cloth, if they persist, leave the stone soaked in water.
