(EN)BEFORE YOU START
Manual
Before installation, it is important that you contact your local authorities to determine if building
approval is required. Study and understand this owner's manual. Important information and useful
tips will make your construction easier and more enjoyable.
Assembly instructions
The instructions are provided in this manual and contain all the relevant information for your
building model. Read all the instructions before you start. During assembly, follow the order of the
steps carefully to achieve correct results. Please note that it takes two people approximately one
full day to complete this unit.
Parts
VMake sure you have all the parts you need for the construction. Separate the contents of the box
by part number while reviewing the parts list. Familiarize yourself with the hardware and fasteners
to facilitate their use during construction. They are packed in the box. Note that additional fasteners
have been provided for your convenience.
PLAN AHEAD
Watch the weather:
Make sure the day you choose for installation is dry and calm.
DO NOT attempt to erect your shelter on a windy day, as this may cause damage to the panels or
injury to yourself. Beware of wet or muddy ground.
Teamwork:
If possible, two or more people should work together to assemble the building. One person can
position the parts or panels while the other is able to handle the fixings and tools.
Tools and materials: Here are some of the basic tools and materials you will need to construct
your building. Decide on the anchoring method and type of foundation you want to use so that you
have a complete list of the materials you will need.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Finishing: For a durable finish, periodically clean and wax the outer surface. Touch up scratches as soon
as you notice them on your device. Immediately clean the area with a wire brush, wash it and apply
touch-up paint according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
Roof: Clear the roof of leaves and snow with a long-handled, soft-bristled broom. Large amounts of snow
on the roof can damage the building and make access dangerous. In countries where snow is present,
roof reinforcement kits are available for most Arrow buildings to enhance protection against heavy snow
accumulations.
Doors: Ensure that door tracks are always free of dirt and other debris that prevent them from sliding
easily.
Lubricate the door tracks annually with a smoke polish or silicone spray. Keep doors closed and locked to
prevent wind damage.
Fixings : Use all washers provided to protect against weather infiltration and to protect the metal from
scratching screws,ws. Regularly check your building for loose screws, bolts, nuts, etc. and tighten them
as necessary.
Moisture: A plastic sheet (vapor barrier) placed under the entire floor area with good ventilation will
reduce condensation.
Other tips :
Do not store pool chemicals in your building. Fuels and corrosives should be stored in approved sealed
containers.
Wash inked part numbers on coated panels with soap and water. Silicone caulking can be used for
waterproof joints throughout the building.
