DO NOT load the wheelbarrow with more than 80kg

DO NOT allow children to use the wheelbarrow unsupervised - important: this is not a toy.

Always place the load evenly on the surface of the tray

DO NOT inflate the tyre to more than 30 psi (2 bar) pressure, the wheel must remain supple when in use.

Failure to comply with this very important information could result in the wheel bursting and a risk of serious

injury.
To avoid an accident, it is imperative to respect the pressure given by the manufacturer.

Assembly instructions
Step 1
-
Insert the frame (3) into the handle (2), hold together using the clips (5,6,7,8). Fit the parts together loosely at this stage.
Step 2

Insert 2 coach bolts (5) through the base of the bowl (1) and into the frame (3),
Note: the frame is positioned left and right.
Assemble them using parts (5,6,7,8). Fit the parts together loosely at this stage.
Step 3

Insert 4 coach bolts (5) into the back of the bowl (1) and then into the handle (2).
Keep together using parts (5,6,7,8). Fit parts together loosely at this stage.
Step 4

Attach the wheel (4) to the frame using parts (11, 12, 9, 10). Fit parts together loosely at this stage.
Step 5

Remove the nut, open washer (brake) and washer from the bolts holding the handle (2) to the frame (3), then attach the
reinforcement bar (13) to the frame (3).
