OPTION 1: D50mm PVC pipe
If you need to cut existing 050mm PVC pipe, the length of the cut
must be 230 mm. Make sure to use special PVC cernent for 1.5"
(D50) connectors.
If you want to insert the chlorinator into an existinq pipe
(or fit on to a pipe), you must cut out a section measurinq
230mm in lenqth.
OPTION 2: D32 or D38mm pipes
With D32 and D38 pipes, a minimum of 50 cm of pipe (not supplied) must be added. This pipe
should be equivalent to the one at the filter outlet. Ideally, if not already fitted, add a valve just
after it so that you can isolate this part and intervene easily.

The salt chlorinator power supply unit must be installed on an independent power source and fitted with
30 mA differential
protection is triggered, check the integrity of the system before resetting. If in doubt, call in a professional.
The chlorinator must be installed in a well-ventilated area to help it cool down.
Do not install in a place where water can easily accumulate, to prevent damage to electronic
components caused by humidity or rain.

uPPLementary eLectricaL bonding
ln order to protect the metal components (including stainless steel) in contact with the
water of your pool, it is strongly recommended to install supplementary bonding (POOL
EARTHING) (product ref. CL-POOLTERRE50 - optional) which is separate from the
earthing system of your house in order to carry residual current from your pool equipment to
the ground. This current can lead to serious galvanic corrosion. (Ground cable not supplied)
