23. Make sure that the ventilation slots are unobstructed
when the appliance is in use.
24. To avoid damage to the appliance, never use the fryer
without the glass basket and grate.
25. Do not allow the power cable to hang from the worktop,
as this could result in accidents, for example if pulled
on by small children.
26. To prevent damage to the power cable, never wrap the
power cable around the appliance. Use the storage
compartment for stowing the power cable.
27. Make sure that the power cable is not in contact with
hot parts of the appliance.
28. Use the fryer only indoors.
29. Place food in the glass basket with the grate, and
never directly in the fryer – danger of fire!
30. When the appliance is in use, the inside surfaces of
the appliance become very hot. Therefore, only touch
the appliance at the insulated handle and the control
panel.
31. Watch out for escaping hot air when removing the
glass basket – danger of burns!
32. Caution: While the appliance is in operation, hot
steam escapes from the ventilation slots – danger of
burns! Maintain a safe distance from the ventilation
slots.
33. Never operate the fryer around flammable liquids, or
near (on or next to) heat sources.
34. This air fryer operates with hot air. Therefore, never
put solid or liquid fat in the fryer – danger of fire!
35. Should the appliance catch fire, immediately pull
the plug from the power socket! Never use water for
extinguishing. Instead, smother the flames with damp
cloths!
36. Do not move the appliance as long as it is hot.
Otherwise, there is a danger of injury.
37. Hold the appliance firmly with both hands to move it.
