Tools Required: Phillips Screwdriver, 9/16" Wrench, Rubber Mallet or Padded Hammer, Wood Glue
We recommend that you apply a finish before you assemble this unit.

1. Position the Legs (Cb, Fb and Bb) and Side Stretchers (Gb) as shown in Figure 1. NOTE: Be sure the
insert holes on the corners of the legs face inward. Spread a thin layer of glue in the dowel holes
and insert Stretchers (Gb). With a damp rag, quickly wipe off any excess glue.

2. Place the Top Assembly (Ab) upside-down on a clean, protected surface. Spread a thin layer of
glue in the remaining dowel hole in each Back Leg (Fb) and insert Back Stretcher (Db) as shown in
Figure 2. Position leg/stretcher assembly outside and against the corners of the aprons. Insert a
3/8" x 2-1/2" Hex Bolt (S) with a Washer (T) through the corner brace and into the Insert Nut in each
leg. See Figure 2a.
