2) Remove the swarf tray by pulling it outwards.
3) With the help of a brush, remove any swarf from the machine.
4) Empty the swarf tray into an appropriate container.
5) Insert the swarf tray into the machine following the two lines
(T9) and pushing it to the back.
NOTE: do not use compressed air for cleaning the swarf, as the swarf could
enter the working parts.

6.2 SWARF SUCTION
The SUPRACODE machine has an accessory option called the swarf suction kit,
which can be installed quickly and easily into the machine. This kit can collect
by suction approximately 90% of the swarf generated during the dimple and
sidewinder key cutting process.
To install the swarf suction kit on the machine, proceed as follows:
A) Install the suction unit
- Insert the suction unit pipe into opening (20) at the rear of the
machine.
- Insert the suction unit socket into the connector (21) at the rear
of the machine.
B) Install the nozzle
- Insert the nozzle in the machine head by pushing upwards until
you feel it is secure.
- Lift the cover that conceals the air pipe connector and then push
the pipe until you feel it is held by the connector.

If you wish to remove the swarf suction kit at any time, we recommend that
you use the tool for that purpose supplied with the machine to help disconnect
the air pipe.
Proceed as follows: push with this tool over the circular ring on the connector
and while maintaining pressure on the ring, pull the air pipe outwards.
7.- USING THE TABLET
Supplied with the machine are a tablet, a USB/micro USB cable and a power
supply connector.
7.1 CHARGING AND SWITCHING ON THE TABLET
Before starting to use the tablet, you may have to charge its battery. There are
two ways to do this:
When you first connect the tablet, it is recommended that you fully charge
its battery.
To turn on the tablet, keep button (B2) pressed for a few seconds.
