11.- WASTE DISPOSAL
Waste refers to any substance or object from human activities or natural cycles
that has come to the end of its useful life.
11.1 PACKAGING
• The packaging used to ship the SUPRACODE machine is made of cardboard,
therefore is can be recycled as packaging.
• Such waste is considered as solid urban waste and therefore should only be
thrown away in the special containers used for cardboard.
• The protective pieces that protect the machine inside the cardboard box are
made of polymeric material categorised as urban solid waste and, therefore,
can be thrown away in normal waste disposal facilities.
11.2 SWARF
• The waste from key duplication is classified as special waste. It is equivalent
to urban solid waste such as a metal scouring sponge.
• This waste must be disposed of according to how it is classified under
current EU regulations by delivering it to special waste disposal facilities.
11.3 MACHINE
• The machine must be decommissioned before being disposed of by cutting
off the power supply and separating the plastic parts from the metal parts.
• Once this is done, all the waste may be disposed of in compliance with the
laws in force in the country where the machine is used.

The first time it is started, the application requires some permissions in order
to function correctly and to make use of the capabilities of the application,
these permissions must be given.
Permission to access files for data downloading and
management
Each time the application is started and the tablet has an Internet connection,
the application connects to the JMA servers and checks for updates in the key
database. If there are any, it downloads the changes or the latest available

them for later, there is the option to ignore them.
It downloads the key database from the JMA servers.
