Cause
Omnidirectional wheel
error.
Side brushes error
Suction motor error
Main brush error
Mixed tank error
Bumper error
Free-fall sensor error
The robot cannot return
to its charging base or
starting position.
Solution
Clean the omnidirectional wheel
and press the Start/Pause
button to restart the robot
vacuum cleaner.
Clean the side brushes and
press the Start/Pause button
to restart the robot vacuum
cleaner.
Remove the tank and empty it.
Remove the robot filter and
shake off the dirt.
Remote and clean the main
brush and press the Start/
Pause button to restart the robot
vacuum cleaner.
Introduce the dust tank and
press the Start/Pause button
to restart the robot vacuum
cleaner.
Check if the bumper is blocked
and press on both sides and
center to unblock it.
Check if the robot is placed on an
uneven surface, if its wheels are
off the ground or if it is stuck in a
dark place and move it to a new
location. Otherwise, clean the
free-fall sensor.
Make sure there are no obstacles
in front of the charging base.
Clean the charging terminals on
both the charging base and the
robot with a clean, soft and dry
cloth.
