Custom setting time for coffee brewing:
The preset times for the one-cup and two-cup functions are 15 seconds and 30
seconds. If you want to change the time, do the following:
•
Press the one-cup button (3) or the two-cup button (8) for more than
3 seconds. When the indicator light flashes, the pump starts to work and the
timing starts.
•
If you press the one-cup button (3) or two-cup button (8) again, the timer
stops. The next time you press the one-cup button (3) or two-cup button (8),
the espresso machine will start according to the time set last time. If you pull
the plug out of the socket for more than 3 seconds, the PCB program will be
reset to the factory-set time.
Note: To avoid splashing, never remove the portafilter while the machine is
brewing coffee.
Preparation of cappuccino or other coffee specialities
1.
First prepare espresso and provide sufficiently large cups.
2.
Press the steam button. When the steam indicator light flashes, it indicates
that the espresso machine is going into steam preheat mode. When the steam
indicator light comes on, the preheating process is complete.
3.
Pour pure whole milk into a milk jug once the steam has preheated.
4.
When the steam comes out, release it into the air to remove the residual hot
water in the tube, and then turn the knob clockwise when the tube stops
running.
Cappuccino is made from
espresso and frothed milk.
Therefore, you must first prepare
espresso. The description below
mainly explains the process of
frothing milk.
Note: The filter must be inserted
during steam generation.
