EN Operation
Please follow the steps below before first usage of your waffle-maker:
Connect the equipment into a grounded single outlet. The unit must be grounded in a sufficient manner.
•
Turn on the unit by pressing the POWER-switch. The power indicator light (red) lights up.
•
1. Set the temperature to 300°C and run time the device with open plates ½ hour
•
2. Then grease the baking plates with sunflower oil and allow the unit to run for about 20min at 250°C closed.
•
3. Repeat the procedure as described in point 2.
•
4. Bake now 2-4 waffles slowly at 220-230 ° C and discard these first waffles (Without additional fat / oil)

after a few back operations a clean and easily removable waffle result.
To switch off the device, bring the thermostats in position "0" and the POWER-switch to "OFF".

The support flaps of the waffle iron WE are adjustable. The back flaps are removable. By tightening the screws attached to

the arms the support flaps are raised. By loosening they are released and can be used easily – Important HOT
WARNING! Risk of burns!
The unit will become very hot during operation! Do not touch the hot surfaces of the device. Use the handle of the device.
Operation:
Each baking plate of the double waffle iron has its own thermostat, so that they can be set and used separately.
•
When the set temperature is reached, the temperature indicator light goes off and you can start with baking.
•
Open the heated device. Take care when folding the upper baking plate that this is opened up to the stop.
•
Pour the batter into the appropriate center of the lower baking plate and close the device. Press down firmly the upper baking plate
•
with the handle, so that the dough is evenly distributed. Do not use additional separation Backspray or oil!
If you not use the device, please open the plates (if the temperatur is on, do not close the plates)
•
Make sure that the dosage of the dough is right. Otherwise the excess dough will run out at the sides.
•
Bake the waffles according to the desired degree of browning for about 2-6 minutes.
•
WARNING!
Do not clean the device directly with a water jet! So not use a pressure water jet. Allow to cool, before cleaning the device!
