MAINTENANCE

Before any maintenance operation the master switch shall be turned OFF. By removing the cover, it is possible to clean
the photoresistor, inspect the motor, the electromagnetic valve, the transformer and the servo control of the air shutter.
In order to effect the cleaning and the inspection of the nozzle – electrodes, the end plate is usually pulled out by the
removal of the upper plate.
PHOTORESISTOR
Remove it from its seat and clean the sensitive portion by a dry cloth.
PUMP FILTER
Close the gate valves on the suction pipe, remove the pump cover, take off the cartridge, wash it by gasoline and rinse
it by light oil. Put it back in place.
PIPE FILTER
Close the gate valves on the suction pipe, remove the filtering medium and clean it accurately. Put everything back in
place.
