Unpackaging
Remove all packaging from the appliance and accessories, and check that they have not

suffered any visible damage during transport.
Wipe the surfaces of the appliance and front accessories with a clean cloth before using
•
them for the first time.
Before first use, clean all accessories with hot soapy water.
•
Rinse with clean water and dry the parts that will come into contact with food thoroughly.
•
Make sure that the accessories are dry before placing them on the unit and using them.
•
Please refer to the "Cleaning and Care" section for the precautions to take when cleaning.

Before first using the grinder kit
IMPORTANT!
Before first use, install all components (worm screw, cutter,
plate and fastening nut) as described below.
Then run the product empty for about 5 minutes in order
to allow the various components to be run in. Remove
the accessory and wash the various components with hot
soapy water.
