(3) Minus cable
4. Loosen the Allen bolt.
5. Push the Allen bolt downwards using the Allen key.
The cage for the DC main connection terminal is open.
6. Insert the minus cable.
Damage due to incorrect tightening torque.
If the Allen bolt of the DC main connection terminal is too tight or not
tight enough, this can result in damage to the DC main connection
terminal or the cable.
Observe the tightening torques.
|
7. Tighten the Allen bolt (tightening torque 25–30 Nm).
8. Retighten the metric connecting screw (tightening torque 10 Nm).
9. Repeat this procedure for the positive cable of the DC main cable.
The DC main cable is connected.
If you want to switch several SmartConnect devices in parallel (see
Chapter 5.7, page 38), use 2 additional metric screw connections and
terminals.
CAN distributor
Prerequisites
The version number of the CAN distributor must correspond to the
|
version number of the relay block.
The version number of the CAN distributor is found on the label next to
the type plate.
The version number of the relay block is on the front side.
The DC disconnect is switched off (Off).
|
You have ensured that the device is voltage-free. Switching the DC
|
disconnect to Off does not guarantee that the device is free of voltage.
The central inverter is isolated.
