HOW TO FIX BURNER TO BOILER
The burner must be mounted to the iron plate of the boiler.
But first the stud-bolts (supplied with the burner) must be fixed,
respecting the flange holes, of course.
Electrical welding of the stud bolts from the inside of the plate is
recommended to avoid them being removed together with the
equipment lock-nuts, if the burner has to be disassembled.
If the plate is not thermally insulated, you should fit insulating pro-
tection at least 10 mm. thick between it and the boiler. In order to
fit the insulating flange, which must be placed between the burner
and the boiler plate, the end portion of the blast-tube should be
removed.
Make sure that the blast-tube penetrates into the furnace to the
extent called for by the boiler manufacturer.

ELECTRIC CONNECTIONS
It is advisable that all electric connections be carried out with
flexible electric wiring.
Electric lines should be kept away from hot parts.
Make sure that the power supply network to which the equipment
is to be connected, has voltage and frequency suitable for the
burner. Maker sure that the main power line, the relevant fused
switch (fuses are indispensable) and the limiter, if any, are capable
of bearing the maximum power input to the burner.
