6. Programming
Use the ixalo programming device (5971) to program the ixalo cylinder.
For the programming method, refer to the programming software manual.
Once you have finished programming with the programming device, the new access rights will be
available after a minute at the latest.

6.1 Radio pairing
In order to be able to establish tamper-proof (encoded) communication, a security code must be
exchanged between the ixalo cylinder and wall module (pairing). To start the process in the ixalo
cylinder, you need the ixalo programming device (5971).
All installation and maintenance work should be done at open door, to avoid occasional locking
