Although air motor is lubricated at factory, the life of motor can be extended with use of a lubricator.
Bench test
NOTE
Perform the following procedures at a
pressure not to exceed 20 psi (1.4 bar).
With air pressure at zero:
1 Connect air to inlet of air motor.
2 Slowly supply air pressure to pump motor.
3 Pump should cycle. If pump does not cycle,
refer to Troubleshooting, page 13 for
details.
Priming
With air pressure at zero:
4 Connect product hose to material outlet.
5 Direct hose into an appropriate collection
container.
6 Place pump in product.
7 Slowly supply air pressure to pump motor.
8 Allow pump to cycle slowly until system and
product is free of air.
9 If pump does not prime, refer to
Troubleshooting, page 13 for details.

Stall test
With air pressure at zero:
10 Attach a control valve to outlet hose of
11 Set air pressure to 35 psi (2.4 bar).
12 Operate control valve into a container.
13 Allow pump to cycle until system and
14 Shut off control valve.
15 Set air pressure to 100 psi (7 bar).
16 Visually inspect pump for external leaks.
17 Pump should not cycle. If pump does not
