STOP THE MACHINE

4-STEP SPEED ACTIVATION
1. This machine has 4-step speed limiter. The feature is used
to optimize performance and runtime after the different
circumstances. With a higher cutting speed you consume
more energy opposed to using a lower cutting speed and
saving energy for more run time. To use the 4-step speed
limiter, pull speed control button forward to change the
speed limiter.

REVERSE ROTATION FUNCTION
1. If the branch is blocked in the blade, push the anti-
jamming button on the control panel, the blade will
reverse and the branch will be released.

TURN THE REAR HANDLE
You can use the rotating button to adjust the rear handle to
different positions to cut the hedges easier.
1. Pull the rotating button and turn the rear handle.
2. Release the rotating button until it locks into position.

OPERATION TIPS
•
Do not push the machine through heavy shrubbery. This
can cause the blade blockage. If the blades blocks,
1. stop the machine.
2. remove the battery pack.
3. remove the blockage.
•
Do not try to cut too large stems or twigs.
•
Wear the gloves when you cut.
•
Cut the new growth with a wide sweeping action so that
the stems are put directly into the blade.
•
You can use a string to adjust the height of the hedge.
1. Stretch a piece of string along the hedge at this
height.
2. Cut the hedge immediately above this string.
3. Cut the side of a hedge until it will be narrower at the
top. More of the hedge will come into view in that
way.

MAINTENANCE
Do not let brake fluids, gasoline, petroleum-based materials
touch the plastic parts. Chemicals can cause damage to the
plastic, and make the plastic unserviceable.
Do not use strong solvents or detergents on the plastic
housing or components.
Remove the battery pack from the machine before
maintenance.

CLEAN THE MACHINE
Keep the machine and the motor free of leaves, branches or
excessive oil to prevent fire risks.
•
Use a moist cloth with a mild detergent to clean the
machine.
•
Clean all moisture with a soft dry cloth.
•
Use a small brush to clean the air vents.
10.2
LUBRICATE PLUG
To increase the efficiency and life of the machine, check and
lubricate the machine monthly.
Lack of the lubricate oil will cause the excessive noise,
overheating or damage.
1. Use the screwdriver ( not included ) to remove the
lubricate plug (16).
2. Inject sufficent lubricate oil with the grease gun or tube
(not included) to the lubricate plug.
3. Insert and tighten the lubricate plug.
